This Thursday Giveaway is a copy of Acedia & Me by Kathleen Norris. The San Francisco Chronicle calls her "One of the most eloquent yet earthbound spiritual writers of our time." I have TWO copies to give away and entry is open worldwide until midnight Wednesday November 12, 2008.

1) I'll give an entry to anyone who joins as a subcriber or follower, or puts a link to Fresh Ink Books in their blog list. Or leave a comment on any of my book reviews, and tell me you want Acedia & Me.

2) Blog about this giveaway and put a link back to it and I'll give you another entry. If you don't have a blog, email 4 friends telling them about this giveaway and copying me at sfuhringer(at)sympatico(dot)ca.

Please leave a contact address if you're entering the giveaway and don't have a blog where I can contact you.

  9. *darbyscloset: As far as I know you'd have to have a blog and select one of the choices when you click the subscribe button in my sidebar. I am technically illiterate and have to assume other know how to do these things.
    OR...if you read one of my past reviews and make a relevent comment on it you get an entry too.
    Or... you can email four friends who might be interested and get an entry that way since you don't have a blog.
    It's an either/or thing.

  14. I LOVE Kathleen Norris! The Cloister Walk is probably one of my top 10 books. I have a copy of Amazing Grace lying around to be read as well. I'd love to get a copy of this!
